By creating an account or using MealCub, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

MealCub is a family meal planning application that uses AI to generate personalized weekly dinner plans and integrates with grocery delivery services (Instacart, Kroger) to place orders.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

MealCub offers subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current price.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your device's subscription settings.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with the Apple App Store or Google Play Store refund policies.
• Prices may change with notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

Meal plans are generated by AI and are provided for convenience only. MealCub does not provide nutritional or medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional for dietary or health guidance, especially if you have allergies, medical conditions, or specific nutritional requirements.

AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing meal plans and ingredient lists before purchasing or consuming.

MealCub integrates with third-party services including Instacart and Kroger. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. MealCub is not responsible for third-party service availability, pricing, or fulfilment.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Use the service to transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app

MealCub and its content (excluding user-provided data) are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

MealCub is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MealCub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
